***Blood Donations***

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND CRITICALLY NEEDED

 

With the pandemic blood donations have plummeted all over the country. Blood donations are critical for patients undergoing surgery and under intensive critical care. Since hospital resources are in shortage with the COVID-19 crisis, adding a shortage of blood for other critically ill patients can add burden to an already stretched thin system and add to the workload of health care providers. Local officials of all states have urged the public to donate blood if able and healthy.
